Mihai Pana is known as InnerSync.
Maybe you knew him when previously had the "Mirage" and "Cymatics" aliases. He started to produce music in 2005. Mihai produces quality music from the whole spectrum of electronic music, chillout, ambient, dance, and uplifting trance to soundtracks and therapeutic music. Previously, Mihai was signed to several well-known labels, which lifted his profile, but, so as to retain artistic control of his work, he chose to stay as an independent artist.
He is an artist in the Heart of the Universe, sound designer, mastering engineer for who is interested.
Mihai (InnerSync) provides services for creating music based on customers' requirements.
Further, there is an article wrote by a good friend of his, who knows his story, who describes the drama of all the artists on the face of the planet:
INNERSYNC - Inspirational music for the inner being - ARTISTS 'DRAMA
„The drama of many artists is that they live in a materialistic world ... Although we love art in its many forms, most often, artists are forced to sell their souls in order to live. Being an artist in this world has always been an act of great courage and an expression of freedom of the soul. Many artists suffer enormously because they have to do something other than what they feel they can do to survive physically. Some survive, some do not, but most die. For most types of artistic manifestations, in order to be truly inspired, you need time, an environment free from the stress of survival, because otherwise, you have to compromise and make commercial art, a dozen, devoid of originality and soul. This is one of the reasons why we support the MINIMUM GUARANTEED INCOME.
We all want art (be it music, film, painting, literature, etc.) but too few of us are willing to give credit and support to those who, somehow, have talent, have inspiration, and feel dedicated to these passions.
There are people who are inclined to action, with practical sense, people who are always attentive to the outside and easily find ways to live well, to prosper, but most artists live in an inner world, where they find the resources to create the various art forms. That's why most of them don't have the sense of money, they don't know how to take care of themselves, they don't manage to put themselves in value. That's why there are impresarios ...
Unfortunately, many (and we know many of such individuals, including family) consider that doing art, writing, researching, contemplating, meditating is a waste of time ... they feel like you're wasting your time, like „rubbing mint” (a Romanian idiom) but with their minds always focused on the concrete, they don't understand what a laborious process is going on inside those who live like this. That is why most materialistic parents do not encourage their children to make art, thus considering that they have great chances to live in poverty.
It hurts our souls to see artists with huge potential, forced to beg, forced to go to hard work abroad or to sell their souls by selling talent in creating a dozen "works" with purely commercial value. We see, for example, the case of those who release music albums. About one piece out of 10 is inspired, the remaining are cheap, commercial, and that's because they are forced by the mechanisms of the consumer market, to bring out the "art" on the conveyor belt.
Things don't work out that way. If you want quality, the artist needs time to be inspired, to be able to grind the inner diamond, to be able to make mistakes, to be able to dream. In this regard, we recommend that you read about VANGELIS 'life, for example, in order to understand the issues discussed above.
There would be a lot to say on this subject, but we will stop here and we would be glad if some of you would tell us about your own struggles from this point of view.
Today we want to present you the case of a friend artist-composer, aware of the sewer of the world in which he lives and who chose to make music in a completely original and spectacular way despite all sorts of obstacles.
Lately, because he is employed at a company where he does mechanical work and where every day he feels that he is turning into a robot, he has lost some of his inspiration and lust for life. We know his case and we know how much he suffers, that's why we decided to promote him a little. Maybe some of you are better able to support him, if not directly or concretely through a donation or offer in the artistic field, then by buying some of his songs or albums that he offers for free, giving as much as you feel he deserves and his music will help you.
Our friend has the stage name INNERSYNC (maybe some of you know him as CYMATIC, MIRAGE, or CYMATIC SOUND).
Creative work, inspiration is enormous. He showed us what it means to make a song on a computer. We thought it was pure madness, how careful, how much attention to detail, indeed a work of digital art that few really know how to do or understand, and deciphering the programs for creating digital music is a Sisyphean work in itself.
His soul feels to give himself unconditionally, for free, and probably if he had a guaranteed minimum income, he would fulfill his mission even more with joy and happiness, not only with torment.
But the people who listen to his songs rarely know how to appreciate or offer something in return for what they receive, and he gave most of his work, for years, for free (there are still some traces of his music for free here and here, for example).
So willingly or not, he was forced somehow, to ask for money, even though he would prefer not to (currently he is in the phase of offering mostly for money). Most artists consider it's under their dignity to ask for money (as if begging). In a normal society, people wouldn't have to worry about survival.
We are honored to know such a soul, his music has been a source of inspiration and contemplation for us for a very long time. The complexity and harmony of the sounds in his songs is very high and we do not get bored as we do in other cases, with other types of music. We often discover with surprise, in the listened songs for many times, new inflections and the joy of rediscovering them again and again, in these wonderful musical pieces, food for the soul, without whom life would be much drier. Thank you, Mihai!
Finally, a quote that fits Mihai like a glove:
"Singers and musicians are some of the most determined and courageous people on earth. They have to deal with more rejection in a year than most people in a lifetime. Every day, they face the financial challenge of living a free lifestyle, disrespecting those who believe they should get a real job, and their own fears that they will never work again. Every day they must ignore the possibility that the vision to which they have dedicated their lives is an illusion, and with each note, they are physically and emotionally encouraged, risking criticism and judgment, and with each passing year, many of them notice how other people their age have achieved the predictable goals of a normal life: the car, the family, the house, the nest, and they don't, because the musicians and the singers are willing to give their lives for a moment - that song, those lyrics, that chord or interpretation that will touch the soul of the audience.
Singers and musicians are beings who have tasted the nectar of life from that crystal moment in which they poured out their creative spirit and touched the hearts of others. In those moments, they were closer to magic, God, and perfection than anyone could be. And in their souls, they know that that moment is worth a thousand lives. "
